Hired to manage Ketchum’s oldest client only after she had stolen a piece of it at a competing firm set the tone for Schlieper’s business acumen. A creative and strategist, she helped build Ketchum’s business and corporate practice while launching multi-million dollar, award-winning programs for Heinz, MSA, Alcoa and Ernst & Young. As GNC’s Senior Director of Marketing, she reorganized the marketing department to successfully launch the multichannel conversion raising topline sales by 20% enabling the sale of the company to private equity. After leaving GNC to rebrand a franchise system in New Jersey, she was hired by Sabika to compete nationally in the direct sales space. In 2017, Gumpf and Schlieper left to open Flying Scooter Productions. An Emmy-nominated, Director and EP, Schlieper Co-Leads day-to-day operations and leads strategy for the agency.

Casting on films such as Perks of Being A Wallflower, Out of the Furnace and Dark Knight Rises, Emmy-nominated Executive Producer, Courtney Gumpf’s career began behind-the-scenes in movie making. Hired out of Kent State University as a Casting Associate for Pittsburgh’s largest casting agency, Mosser Casting, she worked on hundreds of corporate videos, commercials and films. The jump to production was the natural progression, working to coordinate and manage film teams and directors for clients like FedEx, Giant Eagle and PA Lottery. Hired formally at Sabika in 2013, Gumpf managed film and conference productions while helping run day-to-day needs for the darling cult Austrian brand helping propel it to the top of the Direct Sales Industry. Today, she is the Co-Founder of the award-winning, female-owned brand strategy and film studio, Flying Scooter Productions leading production and digital groups.

Jenna joined the FSP team in 2021 as Marketing Manager. Her background is steeped in film production, event production and marketing consumer products with a specialty in female marketing. She has helped raise millions of dollars for non-profit organizations and has a heart for connection and helping others. Jenna is an integral part of leading day to day production and assists in leading the digital team.

Senior Graphic Designer

Meg, the lone non-Keystone state native in the office, joined FSP as Senior Graphic Designer in Spring 2023. She has brought with her a strong artistic background across many mediums, which is evident in her unique approach to design. Her experience spans multiple industries, as she’s worked in the beauty industry, destination marketing, curators of the arts, charities, tech and more. She’s passionate about design that promotes inclusivity and elicits emotion, while staying true to brand values and community culture. Outside of work Meg loves true crime, oil painting, her Great Dane named Emmy, and her husband, in no particular order.

Penn State University Graduate, Waya started at FSP her senior year of college. Working as a production intern, she quickly made herself an invaluable part of the team. Quick-witted, detail-oriented, and focused, Waya’s favorite part of her job is working with my coworkers and bosses. “I get to be a part of many different projects and learn about the business and industry. I am excited to learn more about production and hope to help make our shoots the best they can be.” – Waya

Her favorite thing to do when not in the office is hangout with her roommate/best friend Hanna and their kitty, Mittsy.

Max is a graphic designer/communication artist, illustrator, planogramer & animator, who loves what he does. He joined the FSP team in 2020 and has worked with a wide range of clients from small businesses to large corporations. He has a passion for exploring different creative ideas through sketching & helping organizations come up with original forms of communication and make a positive impact. In his downtime, Max enjoys going to the movies, spending time with family & friends, and exploring the world around him.
