After graduating from university, Schlieper was hired at Ketchum, one of largest public relations firms in the world, without an ounce of PR experience to lead one of the oldest and most respected house accounts. This began her calling card – to change the perception of what is expected and possible. Throughout her career, she has successfully launched brands for Heinz, GNC, Ernst and Young and MSA winning national awards for her work and gaining the loyalty and respect from those who have worked with her. Her honest, “no is not an option” approach continues to leverage her creative background and business acumen building strategies that have turned companies into profit centers. From business-to-consumer to business-to- business to tech start-ups, she challenges the status quo. She has raised millions of dollars for non-profits by changing the narrative on giving. Schlieper is sought after not only for her business advice but also as a leader, speaking at various conferences throughout the country. Co-Founder and Creative Director of Flying Scooter Productions, she continues to develop brands that make an impact.

Courtney Gumpf

Co-Owner & Producer

Heralded as one of the best producers in Pittsburgh, Gumpf’s film industry initiation with Love and Other Drugs helped catapult her as the “go-to” in feature, small screen and commercial projects, working on more than 100 productions. Expanding her repertoire, she joined a burgeoning marketing team at Sabika where she supported some of the most elaborate events across the country. Simultaneously, she was part of five-person crew that launched multi-channel retailing and expanded charitable giving. Co-Owner of Flying Scooter Productions, Gumpf leads the digital and production teams developing and executing campaigns for clients in business-to-business and business-to- consumer genres. A Google-certified partner, her focus is driven-by FSP client success.

Emily Beiersdorf

Marketing & Production Coordinator

Emily, a Pittsburgh native, attended Duquesne University, earning a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and Business Management. Through her studies, she worked with non-profits in the area such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Western PA and held several leadership positions including Director of Community Service for organizations on campus, igniting her desire for marketing with purpose.

Lee Barczyk

Digital and Strategy Coordinator

Lee, after growing up without a cell phone until the age of 18, was captivated by all that can be accomplished in the digital world. With a inherited heart for people and the business world that his parents passed down, he discovered marketing was his calling while attending Penn State Behrend in Erie, PA. Having worked in many roles spanning various areas of marketing, he now develops campaigns and builds strategy to support the most important area in digital marketing – the client’s objective. In his off time find him creating content, gaming, eating wings, playing sports, relaxing with friends, … did we mention eating wings?!

Max Tilley

Graphic Designer

Max is a graphic designer & communications artist who loves what he does. He is a graduate of La Roche University and has worked in the creative field for the past 6 years and has worked with a wide range of companies ranging from small businesses to large corporations. He enjoys helping organizations come up with original forms of communication and is inspired to help them make a positive impact.

Kirsten Haddox

Digital Marketing Manager

Kirsten Haddox currently attends Penn Sate University pursuing a BMA Oboe Performance and Arts Entrepreneurship Degree. She additionally works with the Penn State College of Arts and Architecture as a communications and videography intern. Kirsten also is an active member of the social team with NASA and is the head of the Penn State School of Music social team. She previously was a marketing intern with the Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras. In her free time, Kirsten enjoys hiking and writing for her school online news team The Odyssey.
